Davidoff enlisted the help of a master perfumer in 1999 when composing Good Life Woman. This counterpart to the men’s version features a cocktail of floral ingredients, which includes magnolia, ylang-ylang, orris root, and jasmine. An overtone of fig establishes the fruity and sweet aroma in the opening, and the sweetness is preserved through the use of a high-quality sandalwood note used in the base. Her Great Life is inspired by Davidoff Good Life Women (Vintage Formulation), and the secret to the magnificent aura of this fragrance is due to the vintage formulation after which we have based our recreation. Much was lost after the reformulations took place, but thankfully, bottles of the original formulation are still floating around albeit for an expensive price.
