At The Dua Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we offer a specific return window for unopened and unused items. If your scent journey isn't what you expected, our team is here to assist you with a seamless exchange or return process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the fragrance bottle remains sealed in its original cellophane wrap and is securely placed inside the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for verification.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is unopened, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
